Psychedelic experience integration – psychotherapeutic support
In a safe, ethical, collaborative setting, I support the post-experience processing (integration) of psychedelic experiences. The goal is to understand meaning, regain stability, and translate insights into everyday life.
Important boundaries
I do not provide psychedelic substances, do not assist with obtaining them, and do not accompany illegal substance use. This service is about integration and psychotherapeutic support.
What is integration?
Integration is the process of making sense of psychedelic (or other intense) experiences after they happen. It includes organizing the narrative, understanding emotions and bodily responses, and identifying what can be applied constructively in daily life.
The goal is not to “recreate” the experience, but to support meaning-making, stabilization, and sustainable change.
Who can benefit?
- If you’re left with many questions, uncertainty, or overwhelm after a past experience
- If you want to integrate insights into personal growth, life decisions, or ongoing therapy
- If anxiety, mood swings, or sleep difficulties appeared after the experience
- If difficult images, memories, bodily sensations, or spiritual questions are present
- If you want a structured and supportive space for processing
What this service does not do
- It does not encourage or organize substance use
- It does not provide guidance on obtaining or using illegal substances
- It does not replace emergency or psychiatric care in crisis situations
- It does not promise quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes
How we work
1) Overview and boundaries
We clarify what happened, what matters now, and what support is safest. We agree on goals and the consultation frame (online or in person).
2) Processing and stabilization
At a safe pace, we explore thoughts, emotions, and bodily responses related to the experience. When needed, we use grounding and self-regulation tools.
3) Meaning and integration
We focus on practical translation: relationships, boundaries, values, self-understanding, lifestyle, and decisions. We plan small, realistic steps.
Risks and caution
After intense experiences, anxiety, mood instability, derealization/depersonalization, sleep problems, or activation of older traumatic memories can occur. If this happens, supportive care and a personalized pace are important.
If you ever feel at risk of harming yourself or others, seek immediate help from local emergency services.
